Your questions about Natalia Sports Therapy
I operate from a beautiful Georgian building at 11 Herbert Street, Dublin 2.
These sessions are tailored to address specific issues in a localized area, not a full-body massage. We begin with a consultation where we discuss all relevant details about your condition, allowing me to establish a clear clinical understanding. If needed, I may conduct tests to help identify the cause of your pain before proceeding with treatment.
It’s important to dress comfortably, as I may need to move you into different positions. Techniques such as joint mobilization, manipulation, and others may be used during the session.
Treatments are designed to be pain-free, and we will work at an intensity level that suits you. If relevant to your condition, various therapeutic tools such as dry needling, cupping, taping, and scraping may be incorporated.
We do not work with minors under the age of 16. For clients aged 16 to 18, parental consent is required, or one parent must be present during the session.
Any medical or physical conditions will be carefully considered, and treatments will be adjusted accordingly to ensure your safety and comfort.
I am a registered therapist with the IMTA, which means you are eligible for insurance coverage with Irish Life Health. I am also registered with ANMT, which means you are eligible for insurance coverage with Laya Healthcare.
If you’re unsure about the details, please refer to the terms and conditions of your insurance package for clarification.

When booking a treatment, you will be asked to fill out a consultation form. This will help me assess whether the treatment is suitable for you and obtain your consent for the session.
Examples of general contra-indications, where medical consent may be required, include high or low blood pressure, fever, vomiting, contagious diseases, and acute conditions that need medical attention.
Local contra-indications, where treatment can still proceed but certain areas will be avoided, include bruises, verrucae, and recent scar tissue. If you’re unsure about your condition, please contact your therapist before booking to clarify.
Every effort is made to maintain your modesty and comfort throughout the treatment. Underwear or shorts should be worn at all times and ladies will be asked to remove their bras if necessary. It is also advised not to wear anything which could be easily stained from oils or creams used.
Before the treatment begins your therapist will leave the room and you will have privacy while you undress, relax onto the table, and cover yourself with a clean towel and blanket. Only parts of the body that are being treated are exposed, and towels or blankets are used for covering the body and to keep you warm and comfortable. After the treatment, your therapist will leave the room again while you get dressed. They will either be waiting for you outside the treatment room when you are ready or will politely knock to come back into the room.
- Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the premisses.
